In cases where the site contains promotions that consist of the discounted delivery of a product for the purchase of another, then the dispatch of the good that is delivered free or at a discounted price, will be done in the same place where the purchased product is dispatched, unless the purchaser states, when making his acceptance of the offer, that he wants the products to be sent to different addresses, in which case he must pay the value of the shipment of both products. It is not possible to participate in these promotions without purchasing all the products included in them together.

10. Shipping of the Products

Products purchased through the site will be subject to the shipping and delivery conditions available on the site. The information on the place of delivery is the sole responsibility of the user. The time periods chosen for dispatch and delivery, are counted from the time www.mediterraneanstucco.es has validated the purchase order and the means of payment used, and are considered from then on working days for the fulfillment of such time period.

The delivery of the articles will be made within the usual working hours at the address indicated by the customer when placing the order, after confirmation of payment.

In case of not being present to receive a delivery, (and depending on the transport company), the order will be returned to the warehouse or office of the transport company, so that the customer can pick up his order in person. Alternatively, the transport company may try again to deliver your order. We will do our best to ensure that your delivery is made in the shortest possible time. However, we will not be responsible for any loss or delay of your order for reasons beyond our control.

In no case are transport companies obliged to raise the products to high floors and/or order the goods in places destined for storage. Deliveries will always be made at street level.

In the event that, at the time of delivery, the packaging is damaged, the customer will be asked to open the package in the presence of the carrier to check the status of the items. In the event of damage to the articles, the customer must detail them on the delivery note that the company stays once signed, either physical or digital.  Please also take pictures of the damaged items. Then you must contact by phone + 34 699 193 702 or by sending an email to info@mediterraneanstucco.es and report what happened. We will answer as soon as possible. In this sense, Mediterranean Stucco will replace without any cost the damaged or lost articles during the transport, as long as the following conditions are fulfilled:

That the delivery has been made by a carrier chosen by Mediterranean Stucco.

That the client notifies Mediterranean Stucco of such damage or loss by the means described above within 72 hours after the date of delivery.

That they provide the photographs that evidence the claim and confirm that they provided details on the delivery note from the transport company.

11. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 14 days to return products. This period begins on the day the product is received.

The products must be returned in their original packaging without damage, accompanied by the invoice within the period indicated above. 

The batch and expiry date is written on all our packaging. We do not accept returns of material with an expiration date of 2 months prior to the expiration date.

12. Procedure for exchanges, returns and refunds

In case of exchange or return, the shipping costs are always paid by the buyer.

To make a return of products, please proceed as follows: 

1. Send us a return request by mail to info@mediterraneanstucco.es attaching pictures of the packages you are going to return, invoice issued and reason for return.
2. Once your request has been received and approved, send us the goods. The shipping address is: Innova Chemical S – C/ San Ramón 153. CP: 03560 – El Campello (Alicante – Spain). The refund of the value of your item will be refunded once the inspection of the item is carried out.
3. Once received and verified that your item is in good condition, in its original packaging and is unopened, we will proceed to refund the amount paid, by the same means that was used to make the purchase, minus the shipping cost. This refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of the returned products at our facilities.

The customer will receive an amendment invoice or credit note specifying the refund of the product.

If upon receiving the product in our company we find that the merchandise is not in its original packaging or that accessories, stickers, covers or anything else attributable to the customer is damaged or missing, a percentage equivalent to the discount with which it must be sold later because it is in such condition or the cost that the manufacturer must incur to leave it in optimal condition will be deducted from the value originally paid for the product. If upon receiving the product in our company we find that the goods cannot be sold or recovered, we will recycle them. In this case we will not proceed to make any refund and the customer will be informed at all times of the reasons.

Innova Chemical as a manufacturer and Mediterranean Stucco as a trade name is a manufacturer and distributor of Venetian stucco and its derivatives, is not a company of application of stucco, therefore can not be responsible in any case for total or partial refunds requested by both the end customer and the application company, for these application work, outside our company.

13. Use of personal data registered on the Website

The data referred to in these terms and conditions will have the purpose of validating the operations with the users and/or consumers, and improving the information and marketing of the products provided by www.mediterraneanstucco.es. They will only be able to be given to the affiliated companies or related to www.mediterraneanstucco.es in no case they will be transferred to third parties. The owner of the personal data has the right to exercise the right of access to them but not to transfer them to third parties under any circumstances.

The Spanish Data Protection Agency, located at C/ Jorge Juan, 6 28001 Madrid – Fax 914452529 has the attribution to attend the complaints and claims that are interposed in relation to the breach of the rules on personal data protection.

14. System or Database Violations

No action or use of any device, software, or other means is permitted that interferes with either the activities and operation of www.mediterraneanstucco.es or the offers, descriptions, accounts, or databases of www.mediterraneanstucco.es.  Any intrusion, attempt or activity that violates or is contrary to the laws on intellectual property rights and/or the prohibitions stipulated in this contract will make it possible for the person responsible to take legal action, and to the sanctions foreseen by this agreement, as well as to make him/her responsible for compensating the damages caused.

Without any limitation, www.mediterraneanstucco.es will caution, temporarily suspend, or permanently disable a User’s Account or publication and take such action as it deems appropriate, and will not provide the Services to you if:

If you fail to comply with your commitments as a User.

In the case of the suspension or disqualification of a User, all the articles that he had acquired and the offers made will be removed from the system, with no place to claim in favor of the User.

The system may eventually not be available due to technical difficulties or failures on the Internet, or due to any other circumstance beyond the control of www.mediterraneanstucco.es; in such cases, efforts will be made to restore it as quickly as possible. www.mediterraneanstucco.es does not guarantee the inexistence of errors or omissions on its website.

19. Rates. Invoicing

Registration at www.mediterraneanstucco.es is free of charge. When purchasing a product, the user must pay the published price and shipping costs. www.mediterraneanstucco.es reserves the right to modify, change, add, or remove the current rates at any time and these changes will always be posted on the Site.

 However, www.mediterraneanstucco.es may temporarily modify the price rates, rates for its services and shipping rates due to promotions or increases in raw materials or transport company, these modifications being effective when the promotion is made public or the announcement is made on the site and until the date of its termination. www.mediterraneanstucco.es reserves the right to take judicial and extrajudicial measures it deems appropriate to obtain payment of the amount due.
